At Driftwood, we believe guest experience is everything.

We are seeking two Guest Experience & Sales Associates who are passionate about people, wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional experiences.

This is not a traditional receptionist position.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, educating guests, making thoughtful recommendations, and helping people discover products and services that genuinely improve their well-being.

You will play a key role in creating a luxury guest experience while supporting retail sales, memberships, packages, and guest retention.

Compensation

Base hourly wage is determined by previous experience, sales background, hospitality skills, and performance demonstrated during the interview process
+ Retail sales commission
+ Membership sales bonuses
+ Package sales bonuses

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out
Assist with retail recommendations
Educate guests about memberships and packages
Support future booking conversations
Coordinate with therapists and estheticians regarding guest recommendations
Maintain retail displays and merchandising standards
Support daily operational readiness
Participate in ongoing product and wellness education
