We’re seeking a talented and emotionally intelligent Operations Director to lead our day-to-day business operations and team with excellence. This is a pivotal leadership position with the opportunity to shape our continued growth and uphold the elevated experience our guests have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Leadership
- Manage daily operations across the spa, yoga studio, and boutique
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team
- Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and uphold accountability
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and service flow to optimize efficiency
Sales & Guest Experience
- Drive revenue growth through service optimization and team performance
- Collaborate with the front desk to support retail and service sales
- Ensure exceptional client care across all touchpoints
Operational Excellence
- Approve payroll, monitor timecards, and track tips
- Oversee inventory flow, vendor coordination, and service readiness
- Utilize Zenoti to manage bookings, scheduling, and reporting
Marketing & Communication
- Liaise with marketing and social media partners to ensure operations support upcoming promotions, campaigns, and events
- Provide intra-weekly reports and business updates to ownership
Ideal Candidate:
- Brings 3+ years of leadership experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or high-touch retail
- Communicates with clarity, warmth, and professionalism—both with guests and team members
- Leads by example with poise, grace under pressure, and attention to detail
- Maintains a polished, well-groomed appearance aligned with Driftwood’s upscale aesthetic
- Is tech-savvy (experience with Zenoti or similar spa software is a plus)
- Thrives in a culture of care, service, and elevated guest experience
